Welcome to the new Calabasas High School Academy of Media & Entertainment Site

Hello to everyone in the Calabasas High School community. This marks the beginning of a relaunch of our website and our 9th year as a California Partnership Academy within Calabasas High School.

The Academy is a small learning community (SLC) where students of each grade level 9 - 12 take all of their core academic coursework as well as one career technical education (CTE) course together. Students move from English to History to science and Film or Broadcast courses. Much of the coursework is interdisciplinary and centers around project based learning.

Academy students receive both rigorous academic preparation and real world professional training for college and beyond.

Student learning is enhanced through the relevance to their chosen profession or area of focus and the use of job related industry terms in both their CTE and core academic courses.
